Run Overview
Trying to have a habit of doing early morning runs during the weekend. Today woke up at 6:50am or so. Felt pretty stiff and not in a mood to run lol. Went downstairs. Put on fresh pot of coffee and start warmups and dynamic stretches. Drank a full glass of water with some salt. And ready to get going. It was beautiful morning not too hot and very nice. In a middle of the run I started to feel like I really had to go use a bathroom. My stomach was acting up and man that sucked. But I was able to hold it until I ran to a closest porter toilet in our neighborhood because I wouldn't be able to reach my house in time. And I would have some soiled shorts... lol... Anyways. Next time no coffee and salt water before the run.
