Run Overview
Today I did my 1 mile trial run. In this run I warm up for half a mile, run next mile as fast as I can, then run or partially walk mile back and cooldown for a half a mile. Today was very hot but I felt very good doing the run. The 1 mile time was 7:01 minutes. Which is what I kind of expected to get after not running for a month and getting back into it. This is one mark for me on my heart and longs health/strength.
