Run Overview
Today I decided to do a trial race run outside. I felt good and thought it would be a good idea. First lap I run at 8:28 min/mile, second mile I did in 8:12 min/mile, and the third mile I slowed down to 8:44 min/mile. The heat slows you down a little and you need to compensate for that. Overall the run was good, I ran total of 4 miles that day and it was fine.
