Run Overview

Today just an easy run. Need to keep my mileage up for body to make needed adjustments. I also wanted to test my new hat that I recently purchased and it just came in a day ago... It's a special type of hat for sun blocking. It was light grey color with a 3 inch brim and a 9 inch back cover. I loved it for running in the sun. It blocks the sun very well and the brim doesn't get bent and blown up by a wind. Overall the run was good no issues or pains.
