Run Overview

My first run outside using a 30 lbs weighted vest. Fun stuff! LOL.... I got the vest about month and a half ago and have been wearing it at home while working out and such... Today wanted to see how it feels to run with it a 5K... It wasn't too bad. I just had to slow down and listen to my body to make sure nothing is hurting and such... it is definitely variation in my run and I might do one day a week running with a vest. Will keep you posted.
