Run Overview
Today was raining the whole day and I didn't feel like running outside and getting wet. Thus, I reserved for my back-up plan. Treadmill. I decided to do another 5K race test run. And on a treadmill I can more easily control the speed I am running at. I think I could have pushed myself a little more, but I started out with a 8:35 min per mile, then 8
;6min for second mile, and 7:30 min for the last mile. Overall, was a great run no pain and pace is good.
