Run Overview
It was perfect day to run. Sunny and warm. And I loved it. But, I did manage to hurt myself. I ran to hard on the speed parts and now I feel my left knee hurt. It's not too bad, so hopefully I will be recover fast. But overall run was pretty good. I was able to push myself and that's what this type of a run is all about. You warm up, then ran hard for 3 min, rest for 3 repeat that 5 times and then cooldown for 1 mile. Have to keep reminding myself that running hard puts a lot more stress on the body and joints. Which is good, but if you over do it then you get hurt. I got hurt this time, but it could have been worst. Well, let's see how much time it will take me to recover. Will keep you posted.
