Run Overview
After coming back from vacation it's good to start getting back into the grove. Today was very nice outside sunny and 70 degrees. Just perfect for a run. I do feel a little heavier after the vacation, I think I gained 3-4 lbs. Will need to work on lowering that. The run was good, no pains in my joints or legs. It was a short run, but still at good pace.
