Run Overview
Today is the Temp Run training for me. Warm up, run a short distance with regular pace, then almost two miles fast pace and then slow pace and cool down. Overall it's a good run, but today I kept on having pain in my left knew that I incur from previous run. It is interesting how I was able to run a marathon just a couple months ago without getting hurt, but a short run but at maximum running effort can sustain so much more stress and hurt the week spots. My left knew has always been my weakest part. That's actually one of the reason why I started to run and workout on regular basis because other wise my left knee would constantly bother me. Now it is so much better. But unfortunately I did manage to get hurt. Will need to scale down my run speed to see if it will heal quicker.
