Run Overview
Today was my race trial run on a treadmill. I really wanted to see how much control I would have over the run and if that would help me with my speed judgement. Overall I was pleased with this run. I started with first mile being about 8:36 per mile, second mile 8:06 per mile and third mile tried to stay at 7:30 per mile. Overall I was able to do it and without too much strain.
