Run Overview
I took a week off from running to let my left knee heal. First few days after last run it was painful to walk up and down the stairs. Thus, I knew I had injury. It's not severe, but enough to get me out of running for some time. So, it has been about 2 weeks now that I can't really run normally. Even today I had to go very slow and short distance not to strain my knee. Got to train smart and make sure to put just enough strain on my legs while running. This way I am still moving, and keeping the habit of running going. You should know by now, that it's all about habits. It takes time to cultivate good ones, but not a lot of time to get bad ones. If I keep moving, exercising and eating well. It just get's easier with time. The habit muscle does majority of the heavy lifting. Let's keep moving and making life better.
