Run Overview
Day two of my recovery. Started out very strong and felt really good. I think I ran first mile a little too fast, and as a result started to feel the pain in my left knee quickly comeback. I slowed down and just kept at a slow pace to make sure that I don't injure myself again. Overall, the run was good. Not too much pain, and I feel really good from picking up the run.
