Run Overview

Love Mondays... The start of the work week. Time to put more miles.... Today was an easy run. I felt slight pain in my right ankle from Sunday's long run. It wasn't bad to stop me from running though. Thus, I warmed up and started to job, in the first 15 minutes of the run it was a little difficult to get into the grove. I had watch my posture and technique to make sure the ankle doesn't hurt. By the end of the run I almost didn't feel any pain. The muscle warmed up and now ankle feels better.
