Run Overview

Today I was going in my zone 2 for a longer run. Around 5 miles. The reason for the zone 2 run is to build the endurance, but also listen to my body to see where what hurts. I am checking if my technique is good and if there is anything that is bothering me that I will need to work on. Also, how are the shoes handling and other things. Overall it was a great run. Felt pretty good.
