Run Overview
I felt so much better today in the morning in about 30 min or so after waking up. Went for a run and it was very good. Refreshing. Today was the threshold run, so it's warmup at 10:05 a mile and then 4 runs of 7 min at 8:10 min a mile speed. The good thing that I didn't feel any pain and after the run no pain in my ankle and feet. Let's keep on going today is only Tuesday.
