Run Overview

Today was a sprint run where I start with easy pace and then have two sets of 15 second all out and 3 minutes easy pace. Overall it was good. It was very hot, but I am used it. What slowed me down a little was my left shoe started to have issues. After each fast run the inside sole would crumble together making it very uncomfortable to run. I tried to adjusted few times and that slowed my time. Time to retire these shoes from running rotation.
