Run Overview
Today was a time trial run. Half a mile warm up, run as hard as you can for 5 minutes and then cool down for half a mile. This run had an extra step to press the lap button after running half a mile warm up. I did that but for some reason it didn't work well. For some reason I had to press it again. And that just messed up my time because I noticed issue already after the 5 min run. So, it was a little disappointing for me. But, what can you do... just have to brush it off and keep going. Things sometimes don't go as you expect and you have to be flexible enough. But I still manages to get my PR for a 1 kilometer distance. Very nice! 1Km -> 3:53 down from 4:02 minutes. Heck! I'll take it.
