Run Overview

Typically on Sundays I like to wake up early and go for a long run in the morning. It works the best for me because kids are home and they are still sleeping, thus no one is trying to get my time yet. But today I had hard time getting up early enough... Thus, had to do my run in the evening. The run went pretty well. I got my PR for a 6K. I am definitely pushing my runs a little harder then I did in the last prep I did for the Marathon race. The idea is to keep running and if possible increase my strength and speed. So far it is working well. I just need to keep moving and staying active.
