Run Overview
This is my last week prior to my race. It's very exciting, but at the same time I feel a little sick. Just slight flue, taking my vitamins and trying to rest so that it passes by quickly. My research shows that because you are running for so long and training hard, the body becomes somewhat weaker in some sense and more prone for sickness. Today, was my slow, recovery run, it went pretty well. I felt good, but a little sick. The goal is to get over this by Sunday.
