Run Overview
I took a day off, so today was much more rested from running. But, for some reason felt much more weaker when running. I am sure it's a number of things. First I had a protein milk shake an hour prior to running, and it didn't go that well down for me. Also, today I was running on my lunch break. And it's getting warmer here, it was around 80. I can definitely feel sweating more. Also, I am supposed to run this base at 9:40 per mile but first 3 miles I did about 9:30 per mile. It's a small difference, but your body feels it and will require more fuel... Anyways, run was good and I feel great after wards.
