Run Overview
Today is my long run, and I should be doing everything as close to my race day as possible.... But, not today. I wasn't able to wake up at 5am. I just slept in, and took it easy in a morning. But I did get out to run outside in the evening. It was an amazing run. I really enjoyed the warm day and the sun. Sometimes, you got to take a break and do as best as you can. As long as you still run, that's all it matters.
