Run Overview
Today was pretty good run. It's getting warmer here so it was very nice. As much as I ran, it's never supper easy. It seems that I always have to struggle at some point. It seems that running from me is either very hard, or less hard. It's never effortless. I guess that's why I run. I like the challenge my body and mind goes through.
