Run Overview
I am getting closer to the race in February 9, and have started to tapper my runs. Today was a slightly shorter than usual base run. The idea is that two weeks prior to the race you need to start shorten the runs in order to give body more time to recover and be ready for the race. Today's run felt really good, I didn't feel any pain in my feet and was good sweaty run.
