Run Overview
It's cold this week. Or I should say colder than usual, but still not too bad. Today's run was not too bad, but I do feel my legs being in pain after long run on Sunday. Event though I took Monday off for recovery, they feel heavy, but running helped to relief some of the pains. Moving is good for your muscles.
