Run Overview

Today is another variation of a run workout called Sprint. Garmin has different plans that can be used to train for races. I am using one of these pans that is tailored for my goal pace, distance, and amount of runs per week. Having variety of workouts when running helps to stay motivated and less board. But, I love running, thus it's not really an issue. Wel, I would lie if I would say that... Some days, I really don't want to run, especially when I had bad sleep or got sick. Well, you get the point. That's where working with run plan and variety really helps to stay on track and grow.

The idea I wanted to mention after this run is in regards to Scarcity.
