Run Overview
Running today was pretty good, I was a little bit tired from my run on the previous day, which was sprint. In sprint I had to run short distances very fast, which made my muscle hurt today. Also, it was pretty windy, so running against cold wind is not my favorite things to do. But, overall run was pretty relaxing and good on my joints and body.
