Run Overview
I had to postpone my run to day to the evening, thus had to run on my treadmill. Which I love as a second best option for running.
Today my feet felt a lot more heavier and in pain compare to yesterday that is after the sprint run I did on Wednesday. Apparently that really pushed my muscles far and out of the comfort zone.
