Run Overview

Today’s run felt very nice, I really enjoyed it. The temperature outside was about 70, so it was very comfortable.

When I run all kinds of ideas and thoughts come to me. If I listen to a book or not, they still do.
Sometimes I come up with a solution to a problem, other times I get some other angle on the idea that author is making in the book that I am listening to.
Today, as I was running and listening, author was expressing several points and ideas. One of them was that we are all influenced by positive offormative words given to us by our friends or just random people.
