Run Overview

Today is a second day after my first ever marathon race. And I feel much better. My legs still hurt from the run. But they feel like they are in the recovery mode now. I decided to go for a slow jog just to warm up muscles and joints and have blood flow. The run was slow because it was a little painful, but not painful from recovering after injury, but more of a hurt from muscles recovering from hard training. I am glad I did this slow run because I felt much better afterwards and it was good to see what my body can do after 40.
