Run Overview

I have decided to train for my next race. And I like to mix things up to keep it more interesting and focus on different aspects of training. The 5K race is a short race it's only 5 km or 3.1 miles long. But it is a very fast pace race which makes it a little different from marathon race and the training is different as well. For training it's shorter but faster runs. Today is my first run which is a benchmark. Garmin training plan begins with this run to get the base marker data to further tailor the training plan for you. This is great! I love it. So far I have been using different Garmin training plans on my watch and they are really good. The runs vary through out the week and you are never board.
