Thoughts
Life is stressful. Everyday something happens that elevates our stress levels. And even if nothing bad happens, just being a live and solving different challenges has its own stress. That’s why our body constantly tries to deal with stress and as a result, we do different things to lower stress. There are many things that help us produce the happy hormones called endorphines, Activiities like eating, excerising, drinking alcohol, smoking and other change our body’s chemical composition, some have bad result some good. We all choose which one to use to sooth our self and help to cope with stress. After time it becomes a habit. For me, running and excersising provides this stress relief and just makes me feel so much better. It affects my mood, stress level, and brain functions.
